About Jacob Maxfield

Jacob Maxfield is a born and raised southwest Florida native. He spent 18 great years in the Naples/Fort Myers area before attending the University of South Florida, where he played football. Now Jacob is fortunate enough to be serving the Tampa area.

Jacob became a Realtor to make a positive impact on the lives of the people he’s fortunate enough to work with. His focus is on both the immediate needs of his clients, as well as their long-term plans. As a native Floridian, he uses his extensive knowledge of the area to help educate and inform his clients who are relocating to the area. When it comes to buying or selling homes, Jacob’s local knowledge coupled with Coldwell Banker’s exceptional reputation and phenomenal tools makes a powerful combination.

When Jacob’s not studying the market, he enjoys watching sports and, most importantly, hanging out with his family, friends, and dogs.
