Raised in Central Pennsylvania, Patrick Swade brings a grounded, people-first approach to real estate, one that was formed long before entering the industry. With a background in hospitality, he learned early on that great service isn’t just about meeting expectations; it’s about anticipating needs, communicating clearly, and creating an experience that feels seamless from start to finish. 

After relocating to Fort Myers in 2023, Patrick developed a deep appreciation for Southwest Florida, not just as a place to live, but as a lifestyle worth sharing. Having personally made the transition from out of state, Patrick understands what it’s like to start fresh. That perspective allows Patrick to guide buyers and sellers with genuine insight, whether they’re moving across the country or just across town. 

Now a proud member of The Vetere Team, Patrick combines local market knowledge with a service-driven mindset that clients feel. Known for being attentive, responsive, and easy to work with, he focuses on making each transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible. Keeping clients informed, prepared, and confident in every step of the way. 

Outside of real estate, Patrick enjoys spending days at the beach, trying out a new restaurant or slicing a drive on the golf course! He spends his time with fiancé Jasmine and their cat Lionel.
