Growing up in Central Pennsylvania, Alex attended Temple University before moving to Southwest Florida, where he was drawn to the beautiful beaches and warm weather. Prior to starting his real estate career, Alex worked his way up the ranks in the restaurant industry, becoming the youngest General Manager in the company's history as well as selling multi-million dollar franchises for the same brand. This experience taught him the importance of hard work and attention to detail, skills that he now applies to his real estate career.
In 2021, Alex was individually awarded the prestigious New Sales Associate Award by Coldwell Banker, and as a team member, The Vetere Team was awarded the Coldwell Banker Diamond Society Award. In 2023, Alex was awarded the exclusive 30 Under 30 award, a worldwide Coldwell Banker award honoring the top 30 agents under the age of 30. Closing just shy of $15 million dollars in sales and having helped over 45 buyers and sellers in his first two full years as a licensed agent, Alex intends to continue giving exceptional service to his future clients.
In his free time, Alex enjoys spending time at the beach with his fiancé and two dogs, playing golf, and exploring all that Southwest Florida has to offer. Alex's goal is to ensure that each of his clients is completely satisfied with the outcome of their real estate transactions. He is passionate about the industry and committed to helping his clients achieve their goals.
Damon is originally from Long Island, NY, and attended Stony Brook University, where he graduated with a B.A. in Political Science. Before entering the real estate industry, he was the Director of Business Development for an aviation software company. Managing international clients from across the world (including Dubai, Brazil, Ireland, Germany, and Canada), Damon’s extensive sales and management background has given him the necessary skills to be a successful real estate professional, as well as earning him valuable connections abroad.
In his first year in real estate, Damon was awarded the NRT “Rookie of the Year” designation, which is given to the number one new sales agent in the nation. Throughout his career, Damon has consistently earned the Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle Award, which recognizes outstanding sales performance by top-producing sales associates. He has closed over $100M in Lee County sales over the last 10 years.

Damon and his wife, Julie, have a daughter, Blaire, two dogs and a horse. They both enjoy the same things - Formula 1, ice hockey, and traveling.
